What Self-Massage Is

Self-massage is massage that you perform yourself on yourself. Instead of having someone else massage different parts of your body, your own two hands get to do the job instead.

The benefits of massage are many, and self-massage naturally shares most or all of those benefits. However self-massage also brings unique benefits that a normal massage most likely doesn’t provide you with, like say getting to know yourself better in an intuitive way, being able to do it just about anywhere and anytime.
